1. Aceptación
Al usar ezzymkt.com o comprar cualquiera de nuestros servicios o productos, aceptas estos términos. Si firmaste una propuesta o contrato con nosotros, ese documento también aplica y, si hay diferencias, manda lo que dice tu propuesta o contrato.

2. Nuestros servicios y productos
Ofrecemos el programa Sistema de crecimiento de 4 meses, los paquetes Rayos X de tus redes, Que te encuentren, Redes listas para trabajar y Crea tu contenido con IA, plantillas digitales de Canva y la membresía Club Ezzy. Lo que incluye cada uno se describe en su página o en tu propuesta.
3. Precios y pagos
- Los precios están en dólares (USD).
- Los pagos con tarjeta se procesan con Stripe.
- Los paquetes Que te encuentren y Redes listas para trabajar se pagan 50% para empezar y 50% antes de la entrega final.
- En el programa de 4 meses, cada mes se paga al inicio.
- Si tomaste la sesión Rayos X de tus redes y entras al programa de 4 meses, tus $25 se abonan a tu primer mes.
4. Sin reembolsos
Todos los pagos son finales y no son reembolsables, porque nuestro trabajo y nuestro tiempo se reservan para ti desde que pagas. Esto incluye sesiones, paquetes, mensualidades y productos digitales.
5. Cancelación de programas mensuales
Puedes cancelar tu programa mensual avisándonos por escrito al menos 5 días antes de la fecha de tu siguiente pago. Al cancelar no hay penalización, y lo que ya hicimos y pagaste es tuyo. El Club Ezzy se cancela directamente desde tu cuenta de Skool.
6. Garantía de avance
En el programa de 4 meses definimos contigo una meta al inicio. Si a mitad del programa no avanza, cambiamos el contenido y la campaña sin costo extra. La garantía de avance no es una devolución de dinero.
7. Resultados
Te enseñamos y te acompañamos, pero los resultados dependen de cada negocio, su mercado, su oferta y de cómo aplica lo aprendido. No garantizamos un número específico de seguidores, mensajes, clientes o ventas.
8. Lo que necesitamos de ti
- Entregar a tiempo tus materiales, accesos y aprobaciones. Si se retrasan, la entrega se mueve.
- Revisar y aprobar el contenido antes de que se publique.
- Tener derecho a usar los logos, fotos, videos y textos que nos compartes.
9. Ajustes y soporte
Cada entrega incluye una ronda de ajustes. En los paquetes, tienes 7 días después de la entrega para dudas sobre lo que te enseñamos. Cambios extra o trabajos fuera de lo acordado se cotizan aparte.
10. Plataformas y publicidad
Usamos plataformas como Meta, Google, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Canva y herramientas de inteligencia artificial. No controlamos sus reglas, algoritmos, aprobaciones de anuncios ni cambios. Las suscripciones a herramientas que elijas usar se pagan aparte.
11. Propiedad del trabajo
Una vez pagado, lo que creamos para tu negocio (tu marca, tu sitio, tus perfiles y tu contenido) es tuyo. Nuestros métodos, plantillas, guías y materiales de enseñanza siguen siendo de Ezzy Marketing.
12. Productos digitales y Club Ezzy
Las plantillas y los materiales del Club Ezzy son para usarlos en tu propio negocio. No puedes revenderlos, compartirlos ni distribuirlos.
13. Responsabilidad
En la medida que la ley lo permita, nuestra responsabilidad total está limitada a lo que nos pagaste por el servicio en cuestión. No somos responsables por pérdidas indirectas, de ventas o de ganancias.
14. Ley aplicable
Estos términos se rigen por las leyes del estado de Utah, Estados Unidos.
15. Cambios
Podemos actualizar estos términos. La fecha de arriba indica la última versión.

2. Our services and products
We offer the 4-month Growth System program, the packages Social Media X-Ray, Get Found, Social Media Ready to Work and Create Your Content with AI, digital Canva templates and the Club Ezzy membership. What each one includes is described on its page or in your proposal.
3. Prices and payments
- Prices are in US dollars (USD).
- Card payments are processed by Stripe.
- The Get Found and Social Media Ready to Work packages are paid 50% to start and 50% before final delivery.
- In the 4-month program, each month is paid at the start.
- If you took the Social Media X-Ray session and join the 4-month program, your $25 is credited to your first month.
4. No refunds
All payments are final and non-refundable, because our work and time are reserved for you once you pay. This includes sessions, packages, monthly fees and digital products.
5. Canceling monthly programs
You can cancel your monthly program with written notice at least 5 days before your next payment date. There is no penalty, and everything we already did and you paid for is yours. Club Ezzy is canceled directly from your Skool account.
6. Progress guarantee
In the 4-month program we set a goal with you at the start. If it is not moving by the middle of the program, we change the content and the campaign at no extra cost. The progress guarantee is not a refund.
7. Results
We teach and guide you, but results depend on each business, its market, its offer and how it applies what it learns. We do not guarantee a specific number of followers, messages, clients or sales.
8. What we need from you
- Deliver your materials, logins and approvals on time. If they are late, delivery moves.
- Review and approve content before it is published.
- Have the right to use the logos, photos, videos and text you share with us.
9. Revisions and support
Each deliverable includes one round of revisions. In the packages, you have 7 days after delivery for questions about what we taught you. Extra changes or work outside the agreed scope are quoted separately.
10. Platforms and advertising
We use platforms such as Meta, Google, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Canva and AI tools. We do not control their rules, algorithms, ad approvals or changes. Subscriptions to tools you choose to use are paid separately.
11. Ownership
Once paid, what we create for your business (your brand, website, profiles and content) is yours. Our methods, templates, guides and teaching materials remain the property of Ezzy Marketing.
12. Digital products and Club Ezzy
Templates and Club Ezzy materials are for use in your own business. You may not resell, share or distribute them.
13. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to what you paid us for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect losses or lost sales or profits.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States.
15. Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version.
